   I bought this frame as a Christmas gift on 11/30/08. It did arrive promptly but looked very cheap. On 12/19/08 I emailed JAF requesting return information. No response has been received to date. Now, after looking at their website I see their return policy…

   Customer may request an exchange or refund for items found to be damaged or defective within 7 calendar days of order receipt.

   At the exclusive discretion of Jaf Gifts, return authorization may be granted on undamaged merchandise within 7 calendar days of order receipt. A 15% restocking fee will apply.”

   The above policy was not given in the checkout process. My fault for not looking further before buying. I have never encounted this situation with any other Amazon retailer with which I have done business. Very disappointing. DO NOT buy from JAF unless you ARE CERTAIN you will like what you purchased otherwise you will be stuck with it.

   Big. You can use the tree stand or it comes with bracets to mount on the wall. Great price.

   faster shipping. JAF sent email when order was placed, another when it was shipped, and another one asking for seller feedback. ORDER this!!!!!!
