This a wonderful pedometer.
Small, light weight and does everything!
The only pedometer I have bought before was pretty cheap and I never used it. Wanted to get serious and bought this. Have to admit once I got it I felt overwhelmed with the thought of having to set it and figure out the software. I finally sat down to do it and it was so EASY I felt silly. Used it for a few days without the software but once I took it seriously and used it I was pleasantly surprised. I love how easy the layout is to figure out and it provides so much info that I look forward to walking my 10,000 steps just to hook it up to the computer at night to track my progress. A million times better, easier and more fun that just writing down a number. I just love it!!
ONLY drawback… You have to set your stride length but none of the included paperwork explained how to do so. Once I went to the Omron website I just looked up my model number and then went to the FAQ section and then under fitness diagnostics. [...] EASY! I used the football field way to measure (my husband is a coach). You can also look up how to measure stride length anywhere on the internet. Dont get discouraged either because there are A LOT of ways to do it.
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3HJ8JR29DVI4V I love the simplicity, utility, and high quality of this pedometer, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. But please watch this video for a warning about one of its limitations. To your health! — Kirk Mahoney, Ph.D.
