   I did a lot of research before buying a headset.I had this for about a year and then the on/off switch quit working. I sent Plantronics and they sent me a replacement before I sent the old one back.

   Good sound quality and reduced background noise. Very comfortable to wear, i often forget i have it on. Although it advertises that is connects to multiple devices i have found that if it is connected to two cell phones at the same time when using it to talk on one cell phone it constantly connects and disconnects with the other device approx. every 20 seconds which is annoying. other than that it is a good headset.
